Without a doubt, the calling card of Venice is its gondola ride. It is impossible to imagine traveling across the city without tripping around on these famous boats. It is also the old ministry in the Doge’s Palace, the promenade in the legend of cinema – St. Mark’s Square, and the embankment of \u200bRiva degli Schiavoni\u200b with its majestic history. It is simply impossible to describe this astonishing beauty, you need to see it with your own eyes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not forget about the joint creation of nature and the man – the Venetian Gardens, which Napoleon himself helped to erect. Or the age-old palaces of the Grand Canal. And the Venetian bridges! The secular Bridge of Sighs, once described by Vrubel and Edgar, and the famous Bridge of Straw, where the magical lagoon will open up to your view transparently… It is a truly impressive sight!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Venice, you can also walk through the heartwarming historical churches, look into the \u200bSt Mark’s Clocktower,\u200b and see a truly ingenious mechanism of the Early Renaissance; and even visit the great \u200bSt Mark’s Campanile\u200b bell tower, built in the 8th century! It is in Venice that you will find a monument to the founder of the Italian comedy – Carlo Goldoni, and visit the \u200bScuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni\u200b, precisely ornamented with the great works of art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have probably already realized that Venice has something to surprise you. However, you surely will enjoy the \u201cdelicious\u201d Venice just as much! The city’s fish and vegetable markets are open until 1pm, and you can also visit the amazing taverns and eateries! And most importantly, you can pick them up to your taste, so you can never go wrong. Well, who knows, maybe inspired by the luxurious Venice, you will decide to look for the Venetian masks, glass, and souvenirs? Just for that, the city has a famous shopping arcade.
